The attitude of the sales associates was very unprofessional. It was as if we were bothering them. This isn’t the first time this store felt this way. Unfortunately the other Pandora store in our area(Blakeney, NC) was closed and this is our only option. Between the two of us we spent over $500 in the 20 minutes we were there. I will not be returning to this store and would never recommend this specific store to anyone. It is worth driving an extra 30 minutes to go to the next closest store or I will order online. So disappointed that Pandora would keep this store open and close the store that has professional acting sales personnel

I walked into the store and was not acknowledged at all….. I ended up standing there for a while and no one assisted me. I walked out of the store am still no one said anything

I wasn't greeted upon entering the store it was ore than 10 minutes. I waited for than 30 before I was able to purchase my gift. This the worst service yet I never waited this long. I was given paper box in stead of an real box. After seeing another customer in front of me be given 3 real boxes and gift wrapped. I was offered the same service and it was noticed.

The salesman that work with me wasn’t a salesman when I ask where the charms she just stood there and point as I walked around and picked them out no suggestions, recommendations or questions about what I was looking for or needed help with

The attendant who served me there has showed she wasn't happy on help me,I felt like my money is not equal the others who was there

The sales associate acted as if I were bothering her. She knew the charm I was looking for was not in stock and she did offer others. Her attitude just was not great.

The Manager was not familiar with the price of the charm. She looked through the book to locate a price and couldn’t find one. She charged me the highest price for my charm!
