Sales associates never acknowledged me. Never asked to help. Had to tell both that I wanted to buy something in order to get help.

The employee that helped me didn’t have the best customer service, she looked very annoyed when I asked simple questions

Very unfriendly. Did not greet when we walked in the door. Didn’t bother to ask who we were shopping for or if we were looking for anything specific. I attended the store on Christmas eve. Also didn’t bother to help the other guest with me shopping. Never said goodbye of thank you for shopping.

At Pandora Store at Carolina Mall my wife let the associate clean her band that was full of charms that was full. When we got home she found out that about three charms were missing. My wife told another store rep that she changed her mind about get her band cleaned. She was allegedly cleaning it in a back room. My wife noticed that three charms were missing when we arrived back home.

I wanted to see charms related to travel but DaMonique made me feel as if she thought I was going to "grab & run" with the merchandise, as she would not allow me to look at the charms, even though I asked multiple times. I've bought COUNTLESS items from this store, and I've always been able to choose my own, which is what I watched other staff do on this visit, but DaMonique only pulled out ONE charm, and the others I had to pull up on my phone. She also chastized another staff member in front of me because she didn't conduct a sale properly.

None of the four Pandora associates greater me, one entrance to the store was blocked off, the main employee seemed annoyed to wait on me, the charm was placed backwards in the box.

The sales associate was rushing me and not interested in helping me look at any jewelry. I felt she could have cared less and would rather I just leave

Pandora on its website had that for the purchase of $150 they gave you a free bracelet and on the website it said that it was still available, on May 1, 2022, and at the store they told me that it was not true

Staff who assisted was not welcoming at all. Seemed to be very bothered by my presence until she realized I was there to spend money. Very cold demeanor. Not nice at all
