Associate was asking if we needed help in the beginning, then when i actually did ask her for help, she was just very rude, and almost rushed our shopping experience, and my mom was buying a birthday gift for herself, so the associate rushing our service ruined that

the lady that helped me was not friendly nor did she count my charms before taking my bracelet back to clean and honestly it did not look like they cleaned it.

I had a 15 minute wait to get in the store, which was fine. Once I walked in the store the sales Associate Andy was rude and very impatient, and every charm that I asked to see I was told “we don’t have it” real nasty. I felt as if I was rushed and didn’t get a full shopping experience. Nor did I purchase all that I was shopping for.

Sales persons was not that friendly, and act like they were scared to talk.

The sales associates where all huddled up at the register and the one that came to assistant me was fast talking me like they she didn’t have time wasn’t friendly kinda dismissed me I asked was there any deals going on and they all said no but it was I don’t want to go back to that store for the price of the merchandise service should have been a lot better

I purchased bracelet not having it 1 month and the gold is peeling off of the heart. Took it back and was told there's nothing they could do very disappointing.

The sales woman wasn’t very friendly and seemed frustrated with me. It was my first time at a Pandora store and was purchasing several gifts.

Sales person made me uncomfortable by not understanding what I was asking or saying it made me feel like it was because of my accent I felt bad because I was talking and trying to ask in different ways I had to call someone else to help me and finally she understood I was looking for a stethoscope charm. It made me feel very bad about my English/ accent.
