The girl that was assisting my mom and I was in a hurry, she kept looking at her watch. She didn't give us options or suggestions unless I asked for them. She is supposed to know what they have in store and therefore direct us towards what we wanted or were looking for, instead we had to look for it.

I went in the store with the intent of buying a pendant for my bracelet, and earrings for my daughter. I found a nice pair of earrings and informed the representative that I’d like to buy those as well as, wanting to purchase a pendant that was on sell for my self. However my problem arises at this point, I see that theirs a price on the pendant that Interests me so I offered to buy it she couldn’t tell me the price upfront. The store representative later comes back with a different price for the One On sale item. The price that’s significantly Higher than the original price attached to the pendant. So I asked if it was ok if I looked around for something slight cheaper she said ok and said these exact words to me “once you buy this on sale you can’t brim for it back”. I mentioned to her that I wasn’t planning on being anything back and that I barely Wear my bracelet. So I wouldn’t really want to do that anyways. I asked the representative why I couldn’t get the cheaper price being that the item was advertised at a lower price she said she had to find it and charge me more. If it’s advertised at one price the consumer should be able to purchase it at that price.

I bought an 80$ ring and it turned my finger green the next day. Very low quality material was used and I honestly am very disappointed.

I went looking to replace charms my wife had lost in a theft. The simple shamrock charm I was told was retired and nothing similar To replace. The charm of the girl same story. The charm with the heart and dangling key. Same. She suggested another one but this one didn’t screw on to the bracelet like all the others leaving me to think you have changed your line. I asked for a catalog and was told there are none, we had trouble getting rid of them all but there are none left

When I walked into the store I immediately felt uncomfortable. One of the associates stared me up and down when I walked in, the other didn’t speak. I needed an emergency gift so I bought something but I immediately took it back the next day. Very uncomfortable in this store. Won’t be back

I walked into the store and received no acknowledgment whatsoever. I patiently waited for an associate to become available and when someone did they came up to me and stood there. I asked to see several pieces and received an attitude while they had to get them out. I felt like an inconvenience the entire time I was there. I received no connection, meaning no one talked to me. When finished my purchase of over $200 I received no goodbye or have a nice day. I was the first to say anything as I left the store with no response. Minimal conversation and eye contact are a turn off from shopping. I walked in willing to spend much more than I did but because of the terrible customer service that I received. Very unhappy.

The sales associates lack of Pandora discount process didn't allow me to receive my military discount. I was using 2 $10 off survey credits and a military discount for a few birthday gifts. The sales associate processed the 2 $10 off receipt discounts 1st before scanning the military discount without knowing this was not the correct order for processing. She then tried to blame me and said, "Well you told me about the military discount after I started to enter the coupons", which was not true. I asked if I could layer all 3 and was told yes before she began. Since this was a time sensitive gift and I was told if she canceled my transaction I would lose my 2 $10 off survey credits, I moved forward with the purchase. On top of the bad service and lack of resolution, the store inventory and sub-par and of the 3 Pandora's I had visited in a 3 day time span this was by far the worst.

the store had feeling of chaos . many customers standing around and waiting not sure of whom was next . people giving each other the stink eye,making you feel like maybe they should have been helped before you. initial selection was out of stock.
