The associate didn't feel like she wants to help us and gave us the vibe that she didn't want to be at work that day. Felt like she was rushing us because she keep asking if we were done. She didn't recommend any products to us. We had to asked her for everything. If you want your store to earn profit please train them how to do sales talk or at least be actively helpful to your customer and help us decide and not watch us like we are going to steal something. The store wasn't even that busy..

The sales associate was rude. I was buying Christmas gifts. I don’t know exactly what size the person wear. Then I decided to go ahead and make the purchase. I asked where was my free bangle she let me know they were all sold out. Point of the store is she didn’t take the time to listen to or basically rushed and hurried me out the store. Attitude was very rude. I will not return that store

The sales associate was extremely disengaged and unfriendly - I felt like I had dragged HER into the store to buy ME something against her will. If it hadn't been for this being the last charm available of what I wanted, I would've turned around and left the store. As it was, I did not buy as much as I planned on. This is a 'luxury' item store and purchase but I received exactly the opposite experience and frankly felt like I was robbed of the experience that should be had when buying items such as this based on the sales associate's attitude. I have had better service from gas station attendants. VERY disappointed. I will be calling to speak to the store's manager as well and may be returning this item if I can find it to buy elsewhere.

I shopped at the store at Carolina Place Mall on 9/25/22. Deidra and Takia were phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and courteous; however the Assistant Manager, Maisa, was less than professional! She failed to greet myself and my sister as we entered the store, she actually just stared at us( I'm sure you can review the video surveillance), she did not offer assistance, nor did she pay any attention to us or address the entire time we were in the store! When persons of non-black color entered the store, she was overly polite, explained the current promotion, snd offered assistance. It's infuriating and so sad that in this day/time, the color of your skin dictates the type of customer service you receive! Deidra snd Takia apologized and continued to extend great customer service and went over and beyond to accommodate my needs! I will visit the store again but Maisa, should be demoted as the Assistant Manager, as she is not reflective of your policy of diversity/inclusion!

I went in to get my bracelet clean. I saw the sale-buy2 get one free so I purchased 2 birthday charms and got one free. The associate took my bracelet, took all the charms off and put them back on except one. I did not noticed it until Saturday night and called Sunday around 1:30 pm when I thought the mall was opened. I explained what happened and the manager told me to bring my receipt and they would replace. I had my daughter to email me the receipt because it was a late Christmas gift from her. I took it back which is around 40-45 mins. from my house. I arrived and got the runaround. I was asked about putting the charm on another bracelet and I explained I only own one. The manager, Dominique, was basically accusing me of receiving the charm back. I explained this was a gift from my daughter which is special to me. She stated she would check with her sister's stores to see if they have it and would call me. Them I would have to drive all the way back across town for a $45 charm. I will not complete the bracelet as I was offered nothing but accusations and still have not received my charm.

Normally we wait and have Alex help us. Alex is wonderful! Another associate helped us who talked down to us and kept going to get the mang until I finally said please have the mang come out. We had to wait for the mang to finish her break 15 minutes.I exchanged one thing because I had to do it and Pandora lost 400$ in sales because I wanted 4 Star Wars charms and a bracelet protection chain that I did not buy.

I will put a review, because it seems disrespectful that they do not have priority with a person in a wheelchair and put them in a line of 1 hour and 38 min, where it does not take me more than 10 minutes to make my purchase. In addition, he finds people who do not demand a mask from him. very bad attention of this store. In addition to the little charisma of the vendors to serve customers.

I went in to exchange and buy another pair earrings which means i had 2 pairs of earrings. An associate named Patricia was helping me and I did not realize that she was already boxing my earrings in one box so i asked nicely if she can put it in two different boxes because they were gifts, i even apologized but she said rudely “you should’ve said that before” you while slamming the cabinet door and jewelry boxes shut.

I tried to make a return from another PANDORA store..was told I needed to go to a corporate store after I was showed other items...I purchased other items but could not do an exchange or return. I visited a corporate store and because I purchased from airport I was told I was STUCK WITH PURCHASE!!
