The associate Patricia R (196887) provided us with the absolute worst customer service I have ever received at any Pandora store. She visibly had an attitude when she motioned us to enter the store by pointing and not even speaking. My mother, my cousin, and I came to the store looking for charms. We first asked to look at the charms on sale and my cousin asked to see one charm and when she decided she did not like it and wanted to see another she aggressively asked which one she wanted. When I asked to see dangling rose gold charms she asked which one and I informed her that I did not have a particular one in mind as I came with the intention to buy several. She would not show me any until I chose a category because "they were scattered everywhere on different trays". Once i chose, she said that if there was a charm I wanted to see let her know and she would get it. I lightly tapped on one charm to read what it said and she once again aggressively said "If you need to see one let me know and I'll get it!". At this point, I no longer wanted to spend my money at this establishment. We left with only the one charm my cousin chose which she was not even given a box nor bag for.

The customers service was horrible. I had to pay twice for a ring size adjustment. They said my first payment would be returned, I’m still waiting. I had to ask the lady to give me a box of my ring and she gave me a card board box of it. I then found out they actual give the box I asked for in the first place! So rude and not caring! Horrible experience. I even told her I was my first time buying from pandora and that didn’t change her way of treating the situation.

The sales representative was not knowledgable and was in a rush to sale me something and had no clue about awnding me an e receipt on my email

Salesperson was not friendly or helpful at all. Seemed to be irritated when we arrived. She didn't talk, answered in short phrases, even when other associate attempted to make conversation with her about merchandise. Then she overcharged me for charm that was on sale. Terrible salesperson

The sales associate did not speak to me at all, felt like she was rushing me and not friendly AT ALL felt like my business was not important or maybe she thought I wouldn’t buy because I’m Hispanic

The merchandise I wanted was out of stock after being told it was available. I misquoted the price I paid for another selection. No gift box was available. Poor service.
