The Pandora associate both my Mom and I worked with for two separate purchases was, Kaleigh at the Hagerstown store. She was absolutely wonderul! Patient as we made decisions about what we wanted and pulling differnt pieces and giving us recommendations. Kaleigh should be commended for her prfessionalism and for her courteous attitude and her smile and kindness.

I had already known what I wanted to purchase prior to going into the store. The saleswoman knew exactly what I wanted and even made sure I was getting it in the right size. She was very helpful and nice.
