Haley was very sweet and helpful. Rather than trying to push any suggestions, she could tell that I knew what I wanted and let me ask to be shown certain charms. Even though I only bought three charms, she spent plenty of time making sure that my visit was lovely.

I had lost my pandora bracelet and memories.The sales associate was very empathetic and helped me to to recreate my memories.
