My granddaughter had posted on Facebook a Pandora bracelet with some cute Leo and Stitch charms that she would like to have for Christmas. Instead of buying her several smaller gifts for Christmas I decided to purchase the charm bracelet and some of the charms. I tried to order them by clicking on the picture that she shared but no information came up. I went to the store. Amanda waited on me. She showed me the bracelets and how to get the right size. Then she showed me the Leo and Stitch charms. I was disappointed because the charms were not what I had saw on line. However she talked me into 4 charms and the bracelets. I was debating whether to pay cash or charge my purchase. She then told me about the interest free card. I opened the account to get the discount and plan on paying the account off quickly. Since the bracelet is a Christmas gift I can used any discount coupons towards purchasing more charms for the bracelets.

Beth was extremely knowledgeable & professional & nice! The only issue was availability of product. They were sold out of quite a bit of what I was looking for. Also, & MORE IMPORTANTLY, you have NO MILITARY CHARMS! Specifically, Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines. In this day & age, these are of utmost importance; to active duty & especially veterans!!

Beth is a very knowledgeable salesperson. And very helpful to the customer needs an wants. She made my grand daughter experience shopping for her first pandora braclet very memorable.
