Well organized and tastefully done up displays with great lighting. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Haley the sales associate gave great recommendations in helping me find a gift. She actually recommended something not displayed on the sales floor and brought it for me to see, at which point i was definitely sold. The store itself has a great selection and its associates are lovely to work with!

I LOVE my girls at Hagerstown Pandora. I have been going there since store opened. They have helped me build many bracelets. I love my Pandora collection and thank Melissa and her team for that.

The sales rep was able to replace the two bracelets for the correct size. I was told if they did fit, that I could take them back to any store in Italy for an exchange with my original receipt.

The staff was wonderful. The girl who helped us was kind, patient, and friendly.. this was my first time visiting this particular store and it was a great experience.
