As soon as I entered the store I was greeted politely. Immediately I was shown all the options I was looking for. Amanda was very helpful and offered and showed me everything I liked.

Haley met me at the door and immediately went to help me. I went for a specific charm and one i thought was sold out. Haley need exactly which charms a meant with in a dew words and found both for me. She then showed me some new charms that had just came out. I love this store people they treat me as a person with specific likes not just a person with a wallet.

I wish I could remember the associates name who helped me because she was an absolute gem. Very sweet young girl and eager to help.

When I’m shopping online you can’t really tell the quality of the product until you actually go to the store that one on one purchase with your sales associate is literally everything. I am a huge Harry Potter fan and when she told me that one of the charms was to be discontinued or a limited time only I had to get it.
