The girls are always friendly and helpful at the Hagerstown location. Beth and Melissa know what I like, and always tell me when new items will be in. I can shop with ease knowing they will get what I want.

Haley was so much help with picking the right ring. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. She also helped me get 10% off by signing up for the card.

Immediate assistance and was able to purchase what I came in for without an issue. Actually purchased more than intended.

Madison at the Hagerstown Valley Mall store was very helpful and attentive in what I was looking for, through a selection of several designs I picked the jewelry I'm more than excited with! Also, she was very thorough in sizing so each ring will fit perfectly, I recommend her for any customer coming in that location!

Every time i go to the pandora store in Hagerstown everyone is very friendly and helpful

I was wondering about the new necklaces and the sales rep was right there to answer questions, just chatted with me a bit about how pretty the rose gold contrast was on the silver, talked to me about how easy to accommodate what I was thinking about, and by then I was ready to try a necklace on. Not pressured but assisted pleasantly.
