I like yo much this store, I Love every things, They have Good things, I want bay Everything Jaja, and the people is good, good service

Amanda waited on me at the pandora store at the valley mall in hagerstown md. She was very nice. Helped answer ALL of my questions although I felt EXTREMELY rushed because they were closing. She was quick to sell me jewelry but yet didn't tell me if I spent $5, I could had gotten a rose gold bracelet for free instead of a silver one for free. If I wasn't RUSHED I would had noticed I got 3 silver bracelets when I could had got 1 rose gold one instead. Other then that, she was great.

Applied for store credit card and was declined. They seen I had a littmans account.

Being so close to a holiday, I would hope there would be more associates to assist customers with their purchases. I know help is hard to find though. Nice selection just busy and felt rushed.

Wasn’t greeted as I entered the store, when I was helped she was very informative but could show more enthusiasm. I wasnt satisfied with how many charms were not on display.

The online store was completely different from what the physical store had in stock. I had to go personally to find the ring I wanted and complete the transaction there instead of just making an order and picking it up.

Pandora has great collections but not a wide range of items. For example, I was looking for a flower charm. There were several pansy and daisy choices but only those 2 flowers. I do love the new Disney gold and silver charms. I like they are not 2 tone but real gold attached to silver. I don't buy gold tone anything because it will eventually rub off.

They did not have the size available for the ring that I was exchanging. I did pick a bigger size in a different color of the original ring I was exchanging. Just wish they had more sizes available.
