I was satisfied with the young lady, she just was not over friendly. Amanda who works there is usually who I look for to see if she is working and then come back another day when she is. Amanda is helpful, knows what your explaining and want and very nice. This time I did not wait on Ananda, Another sales associate who works there is also knowledgeable and very nice.

I spent 386.90 in store and was to receive a free bangle per your promotion but the store was out. I would think spending almost 400.00 they would have ordered one for me. I have shopped online and in store for years, very disappointed this visit!

The sales person did not have good knowledge of the product or did not feel like explaining it to me.

i had bought a ring in november, and stones fell off so we got it replaced, not more than 3 months later stones fell off of that one, after we got the second one replaced they said they would no longer honor the warranty. The ring is very poor quality and i would not recommend buying from there if u want something to last.

The assistant who helped me was extremely helpful and nice. The sales assistant (trainee)who helped with checking out my purchase was very unprofessional. When requesting the price of other items she clearly said to me that is very expensive and didn’t give me the price to a gold charm. I didn’t ask her that. It was demeaning and unnecessary. Your company should have etiquette classes for your employees. That was distasteful and ignorant.

The sales person coughed and sneezed the entire time. She actually looked liked very sicked. She should have been wearing a mask or not been working at all. Very disappointing.

I didn't feel welcome and as if I was not able to purchase anything. I was told immediately about a sale when I did not ask. She was not friendly or helpful. She was kind of uppity. I looked around and found my own bracelet. I wanted to return for silver bracelet was told it was the silver one like the one in the picture. It was not, and I just saw the silver one online. I did not feel like I mattered or what I wanted mattered.

Was unable to receive military discount because free bracelet promotion
