Asst manager started to take the charms off the bracelet an play with the charms I purchased and put them on the bracelet when I asked her to stop. These were gifts. She then rung up my order as a new customer after I told her I wasn’t. She said my email is to long. Another associate had to then re enter my purchases. I was upset. It took over a hour. I won’t return to this store.

I had purchased a bracelet 2 clips and the palm tree charm. Wore my bracelet 1 time and the trunk of the palm tree broke off and 1 clip was missing. The palm tree charm was replaced, however I had to purchase yet another clip ( which I was told those clips were defective) the clip should have been replaced also considering the amount of money I spend in that store
