The team in Springfield mall , Virginia was extremely professional and nice.I called before I visited the store and the lady made sure that all was fine before I came . They exchange the bracelet I bought online and they even game me another model I wanted.they were not supposed to do so since I bought the bracelet through a franchise store. The manager and the other lady were great and because of them I reconsidered buying at Pandora.

I really went into Pandora just to look around as I had not been in the mall in several months. Reem offered to help me. When I asked to see a necklace on display, she was very pleasant to work with and I ended up buying the necklace!

This store was nice and clean. The sales associate was nice and knowledgeable about the merchandise. I was very satisfied with the quickness of going in and them having what I was looking for.
