I don’t remember her name but she was sweet and knew exactly what I was looking for. I told her I needed a box because I was shipping it out and she gave me one no hesitation

As soon as ai arrived, I was greeted. I was asked how can I be helped, and what it was I would be looking for. The sales associate new exactly what it was I needed and helped make sure it fit.

Patience of sales associate. She was very helpful in showing me how to snap the items on. Gave me nice suggestions. Store was not crowded but I didn't get to see everything didn't want to take up anymore of the associate time.

I am always highly satisfied when visiting Springfield Pandora. The girl that work there are go helpful. This time I was looking for my January birth stone for my bracelet. I left with two charms to finish my beautiful Pandora’s bracelet. Love the rings, too.
