I have shopped at The Pandora Store in Springfield Mall on numerous occasions and have always received excellent customer service and prompt attention to all of my needs. I have been assisted by Jennifer several times and she has always remembered me as a returning customer and treated me with the utmost courtesy and provided me with VIP service.
