The sale associate address our concern on the item we wanted. It was being packed inside while we did the transaction outside. By the time I was done, my item was in hand and it was done. Yes we did stand in line for a bit, maybe 15 minutes, but as soon as we were addressed it was less than 5 minutes. I appreciate how they all handled crowd control and kept a good attitude even when some folks weren't pleasant. This is my go to location for gifts and will continue to be so.
