Customer service with associate Reem H was wonderful. She is so professional.

When we arrived at the store we were immediately acknowledged by an associate while she was helping someone rather than having us wait without saying anything. Savannah was super patient with me as I was being indecisive and asked “how much is this?” constantly. Although, you have to wait outside and wait for each associates to finish with each customer it wasn’t a long wait at all!

Sale person was amazing

The sales lead was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We didn’t feel forced to make any purchases while in the store. Per her recommendations we found what we were looking for.

The sale associate Aylin help me make a selections for my bracelet. She organized the charms for me that help tell my story. She made recommendations on other charms I should purchase.
