My experience was particularly nice this visit because it was my first time being at the mall since the beginning of the pandemic. I wanted to purchase a meaningful charm for my Pandora bracelet. Aylin was so helpful throughout the whole process. She even gave me tips on how to clean my bracelet. I also purchased the cleaning solution and cloth for my bracelet and its looks beautiful.

Sales associate very knowledgeable. Sales associate was friendly. Store not crowded. Lots of options.

Upon entering the store the staff was very friendly. They took time to sanitize the area we would be working in before we used it. I planned on returning but ended up making a purchase instead.
