As an hearing impaired. I could only read lips. jenesis c made my shopping experience easy. She made sure I could understand her. I purchased few items online and wanted to exchange the bracelet to a bigger size. Luckily she asked to see the charms and informed me I purchased the wrong bangles. She helped me choose the right one. Since it was my first time she explained few things to me. Glad I was able to go home just in time for my mom to open her birthday gift, she loved it! :)

The sales associates limited the number of customers in the store at one time to keep us all safe. Nevertheless, the wait outside was brief and once inside, I received cheerful and competent assistance right away. All associates in this store are a delight to interact with.

The sales associate was extremely professional, yet friendly. She did not hesitate to make recommendations on certain pieces. She also made us feel like we were valued customers by complementing us on the pieces we already wore on our bracelets. We did not feel rushed and we felt comfortable during the entire experience. My daughter decided to purchase a ring. And although it was difficult, at first, to find the right size in a specific style that kept sliding off of her finger, the associate continued to ask questions and make suggestions on rings until she settled on a ring to her liking.
