The staff was very friendsly and knowledgable. She was able to assist me in a very timely manner. She helped me to choose a gift for my daughter who is turning 12. She also advised me on how to clean our bracelets since the stores are not doing cleanings at this time

Tania was very helpful on my purchase today. I am very impressed that she remembered me 3 months after visiting the store (ring size exchange). She in fact was the last associate that helped me complete the last purchase. She also provided a pandora book to help me plan the layout of next bracelet. Tania also helped me find thumb rings and showed me the new charms since I last visited the store. I remembered her explanation of why I should purchase the jewelry care kit- in which I purchased today. I will be sure to seek her assistance next time I visit the store.
