My friend & I visited Pandora in Springfield mall, Virginia and Emily assisted us. She was really patient with us and helped us out a lot. She is the best sales associate ever.

Store manager was very friendly and assisted me with my purchase. She even took the time to organize my bracelet and showed me new graduation charms and a lovely martini charm. I told her I would return next week to pickup some holiday items and something else for myself.

I got all my charms i wanted, i filled my bracelt up, the associate arely showed me all trays and i was able to look at all the charms !! Loved the assitance!! And jennifer was so sweet!! And she helped me put together my bracelet!!!

Found a great gift for my sister ! Love it !! And she spoke Spanish the associate arely was amazing !!
