The sales associate, Jennifer H, was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made very good recommendations for the merchandise. The store was very clean and the atmosphere was great.

Uno de lo charms que tengo en mis pulceras es la figura de la Estatua de la Libertad y se queda enganchado en casi toda mi ropa, fui a cambiarlo por otro que no me genere molestias y en el tienda no me pudieron hacer el cambio. La persona que me atendio fue muy amable pero yo me fui de la tienda con el mismo inconveniente.

I was highly satisfied with my visit at this Pandora because the sales associate was super helpful in getting me what I wanted. I came in the store not knowing exactly what to buy and she helped me chose a great gift. I also left the store with an extra item because she was so great in showing me what they had.

for the most part, this location has good associates. We've had a couple of times where we didn't care for the associate so we'd just leave and come back another time. I will admit or favorite Assistant manager is no longer there since covid. She is the only one who took the time to get to know us and truly help us. The rest are just there doing their job, but wouldn't recognize us if we went back the next day.
