I have shopped at this pandora multiple times. The staff are always friendly and very welcoming. One of the reasons why I have been a returning customer at this location.

I came into the store and right away someone approached me. I know little of Pandora jewelry and charms but the sales associates were willing to work with me. They provided me with instructions on the meanings of the charms. They were also willing to hear my story so that I can tailor the bracelet towards what I am trying to do. It helps that they personalize the shopping experience by being social with the customer beyond a transaction. I'm very social, so that's a plus on my end. I enter many stores where I'm a faceless customer. Overall, the presentation was exceptional and it was a great experience.
