Walked in the store to get my niece graduation charms and was extremely happy the charms I wanted were available, and I was also able to get some for myself, Tania was very helpful and explained the difference between the spacers and clips I had no idea how they would work but ended up buying spacers and clips for my bracelet... pricey but I’m happy with my charms and that I will also be able to make my niece happy by helping her with her new collection of charms.

I wish I remembered the name of the associate because she was very patient while I searched for a birthday gift for my best friend. She was friendly and outgoing and I appreciated her great customer service. She wrapped the gift that I purchased. Thank you!

I felt highly satisfied with my visit at Pandora because I was very intrigued with the many different and unique charms that were on display that would represent my personality and interests. I also found the salesperson very kind and helpful when I was trying to make a selection on my new bracelet and I would recommend going back to the same Pandora.

The associate was very helpful. I came in to get my bracelets cleaned. Because of COvid- they are not cleaning in store but she showed me the at home cleaning kit and explained how to use it. She also pointed me to the items that were 50%. I wound up purchasing a beautiful ring!
