From the moment, I walked in, I was confronted and was welcomed by the associate who helped me, Jennifer. She was nice and knowledgeable. She offered crtitism, that ulimately led to building a spectacular bracelet for my Valentine's Day celebration. Next time I go or I hear of any of my friends going to Pandora, I will specifically recommend her to help them shop.
