I walk right in was greeted Immediately it wasn't a long wait time I was showed a few extra items even though i only came in for certain items and i bought more.

Springfield , va store is my favorite pandora store in the area they are wonderful there everyone is so helpful. I went there the weekend before Christmas and they was super busy but took there time with me and explain everything because this was my first pandora braclet

The representative seem very knowledgeable and were extremely friendly about helping me pick up products that I am completely unaware of they made the experience pleasant

They where very nice I was looking for a ring I couldn’t find at a different location and they had it. I was please on how nice everyone was there .

Really helped me get what I wanted, it was a much better choice for me to come in the store rather than online because the customer service was so kind. The employees really guided me on the merchandise.
