Selection was ok. Didn't have what I wanted. Overall I enjoyed my visit.

Well I was expecting to see more of an selection in store but didn’t see much that I liked, I saw a lot of empty spaces in the selection.

The first salesperson was not very helpful ask for the second person to assist which was very helpful and friendly

I was highly satisfied

I asked for the 60th bday charm and was told it didn't exist, then they discovered they had it

I received a birthday coupon for $10 off but I was not allowed to use it because the last number wasn’t clear. My coupon was wet because it was in my purse and it got wet. I was allowed to use the 10% off card though ☹️

The sales associate seemed short. She didn’t seemed to be interested in the small talk at all. I had to talk with my partner about purchasing and immediately she put everything away and gave attention to something else.

My experience was great except that I came in to purchase something and also wanted to clean my jewelry but was told they don’t do that on the weekends because it’s their busiest time. The store was not busy when I was there nor when I walked past to leave. Very disappointed but otherwise the team was helpful and nice. Found exactly what I wanted as well.
