The stores in the DC/VA area makes me feel rushed when I’m shopping. It could be a much more relaxing experience. When I walk in, I don’t feel like I can just browse.

I was trying to get the same stone to match one that I had already on my bracelet. The sales associate explained the stone I was looking for is no longer being made.

Its was mother's day I sould of got the present with anticipation but was not able, the was a long line at the store that day, the mall opened 2 hours before the store, maybe in these tips of occasions you should open earlier thanks!!

Noticed that if I spend 150 or more I would get a free bracelet, and that didn’t happen, I applied for the credit card, but only got the 10% My total bill was over 330$. I figured they would know what certain promos were in place. I’d like the amount back for the free bracelet, if not it is what it is. Great experience in general
