Well waiting outside in a line while 3 people were inside wasn’t great, then the sales representative when I asked her what I was looking for she didn’t allow me to see the items on the counter and placed them behind a glass and I wasn’t able to see them properly, I did not like the interaction and I just wanted to leave the store quickly. However I had to buy a gift for my friend in this store since she likes it a lot and I do too, but the interaction was awful and I will wait to come back and shop here.

So I signed up for the pandora club, so they sent me a 10% of to used when on my nxt purchase, so I thought It was also to store purchase to my surprise it wasn't, and the store associated told me that she couldn't applied it to my purchase, because it was only to online purchase. Why sent me a coupon that I only can used on online purchases.really? If it's not Amazon rarely shop online, I don't understand why she couldn't bc it was the pandora website I show her the email and everything and still, Well that was good that she stand her ground but for me that was bad because was going to b a reason to spend more.

the price might be a little high for some and not everyone wears bracelets. my user experience could have been better if I could get a better look at the products in the store. the store was so tight you could not move, and we did not get shown enough to make a better decision and maybe even buy more but could not look around.

I came to your store between Christmas and new year . And purchased brackets necklace Charms . The sales woman . She was from Italy... super friendly. That is why I came back yesterday To purchase more items . What a difference the experience Was . The sales woman seemed very disinterested, like I was disruption her She could not be bothered . She paid more attention decorating the counter then me . Because of her ,I will not come back.

They didn't have the clips that I wanted and purchased another option. I had also brought in a necklace that I had bought and it gave me an allergic reaction. Savannah had the manager come out and she stated that since it was worn nothing could be done. I was willing to do an exchange but she said that was not possible. Savannah was great and it appeared that she was still learning.
