The associate who helped me did not seem entirely too friendly. She plainly just helped me find what I came in to purchase. However, she just ask if there was anything else I was looking for.

This is probably COVID related, but Pandora used to display rings out in display and customers could try them on and touch them. It’d be great to bring this feature back as soon as we’re over the pandemic — right now, all the rings are stacked in boxes and only the associates have access to them which is a bummer.

She didn’t have suggestions. If I say I like rose gold why show me silver. Was not helpful.

This is the first time in this store so I just felt rush. They did not show you anything that maybe discounted or anything.

I was satisfied with my visit to the Springfield Pandora store. Unfortunately this store is to far away from where I live so I will not be visiting often. That's the only reason for me being satisfied.

Overall service was good but I just realized that I wasn't given a receipt and wasn't asked if I wanted it to be emailed. I assumed it was email because pervious receipt I used for exchanged was emailed but no I didn't get physical copy or email copy. Rep didn't ask she just put items I exchanged in protector bag I brought from home and didn't even asked if I need a bag.

I am satisfied of the Pandora experience because everyone there was very friendly. Also helped me find the best gift. Plus they were really patient while taking my desicion on what to buy

I felt the options being shown to me were limited. I wanted to see more.
