The associate asked me to look for the bar code on my phone for the merchandise. she did not offer to clean my bracelet i got the last one on the shelf.

I purchased two charms, two stoppers, and a ring and I really think some type of discount or sale should have been applied.

I wish there was more display space to see the charms over the glass rather than having to ask to see trays. This is crappy when there is only one sales associate and they are busy with another customer. After standing around for 10-15 minutes, the associate handed me a book to look at charms on. Bring out something with sunflowers!

The sales lady was rushing me to buy, or telling that a certain charm would look horrible on my bangle and then she was protecting the charms as if I was going to steal anything

I waited outside in line for a long time while watching multiple people leave the store with purchases. Had to wait a few more minutes to be helped. Once inside I felt rushed. The employee was trying to push the most expensive charms and did not seem like she wanted to be working. Most of the workers were very dry with their interactions and I heard employees complaining about being at work.

The salesperson did not have knowledge of merchandise. At times she seemed disinterested in her job. The salesperson was not very friendly.
