Sale Associate did not inform my niece and I about current promotion. I was outside the store due to guidelines, however my niece paid 150$ for a bracelet and a charm. With current promotions we could have brought 3 charms and got the bracelet for free. We ended up refunded the entire purchase.

The sales associate was not friendly at all . I had a better experience the prior time I was there the sales associate was much nicer . I was frustrated because my receipt wasn’t pulling up in the email and the sales associate didn’t give me other option to pull that receipt . I wanted to shop for more things there but her personality was so dry so didn’t motivate me also I notice the assistant manager was standing next to her and same thing not friendly May ge they were just having a bad day

Cannot walk in the store, made to wait until a sales associate lets you in. There was only one other customer in the store. Not welcoming at all.

The associate stood there the entire time, making me feel rushed. It was like I was being hovered over after telling them I was just looking

Waited to get in for about 10 minutes. I wanted to look around and the associated told me I need to be in a certain place. She was not very helpful. She looked like she didn’t want to take care of us. None of the sale items where available.

Sales Associate seemed like she did not want to be there and when asked to explain things didn’t give an answer. While she did eventually help us I feel the customer service could’ve been better and more inviting.

The manager at the Springfield Mall in Virginia was very rude and treated us like trash. I didn’t even want to purchase from her anymore because of the way she was talking to us but I needed a gift ASAP. I’ve always encountered lovely people going to pandora but this time it was like she dreaded working there.

At the end of the transaction the associate look like she was in a rush I know I just spent $21 but it doesn't matter how much do customer have to spend to get good customer service she just hand me the receipt not even looking at me, she didn't mention the survey at the end of the receipt
