extremely upset that my husband could not walk in the store with me, only my daughter and I could shop. 2 customers allowed at a time. Very displeasing to me and friends who have experienced this. My husand wanted to see the selection as well :( I am returning the item purchased since i had to wait to show this to my husband.

Sales associate was nice but had limited knowledge on pricing. I was things one thing at on Pandora and something totally different by her. Not sure if I paid the right price for the bundle or not. Shay her nails are so long she couldn't properly assist with the bracelet.

I have been to this location before and have a great service for today was the exact opposite. The sales person who helps us was not knowledgeable about the bundle for the charm bracelet. She showed me one tray of charms ending that was all to the bundle. I didn’t even notice that she had forgotten to put my free bangle with my well over $150 purchase as part of there advertised promotion.

The associate was rude and not helpful not friendly

I spent $70 on a charm. It was packaged for Xmas in a cardboard envelope. Very tacky for the $$$$ I spent. Completely appalled

The sale girl didn't work by heart, she worked by duty only. She didn't want to show me many products (maybe I didn't look like a potential customer). I think it was because I bought only a pair of earings, not the whole Pandora bracelet with many charms so she just wanted to see me off the store asap.

Over all I love pandora but the Quality of service that the sellers gave me it was Rude she also rolled her eyes

I purchased a bracelet and earrings almost a year ago, The bracelet turned yellow when it was originally silver, then the earrings turner black. I went back while the items were still in warranty and they told me it was nothing they can do, only thing i can do it wipe it off and that what the items do. I wanted a charm for another bracelet and that was the only reason i purchased something. I would never shop here again. My earrings from other places have done better this and I spent much less money. Highly disappointed.

I was assisted by two associate trainees. One of them was super friendly and made me feel valued and welcome to the store, the other girl was so pushy and judgy. She made me feel uncomfortably the entire time I was there. She kept dropping the bracelet charms and everything she said or asked she said in such an intense manner. If I go back I definitely wouldn’t have her help me

Sales person did not know her products and gave wrong prices.
