The store associate (Naje) was just not personable. The girl that was up front called her from the back to assist me, as she was assisting another customers. I think she wad annoyed or irritated that she was disturbed. I’m definitely not returning to Pandora Springfield Mall. I highly recommend she fix her stank attitude and put a smile on her face

The sales associate was not professional in my opinion. I recently purchased merchandise at one of the outlet stores and was not aware that only the outlet stores have sale merchandise.but the item I was retuning was not on sale and I ended up exchanging. The problem I had with sales associate was she implied that I should shop at the outlet store. She didn’t know cost of the polish cloth, she quote me $10 when I had brought one earlier this year for $10. Just an overall bad experience compared to the other stores I shop at.

The associate that was taking care of me had zero emotion, didn’t knowledge any of the items I picked out. I left upset because she was motionless. Didn’t even smile. I felt rushed.

Felt like I was an inconvenience to the associate and she was not much help and hesitant to put trays out for me to look at different charms. Left there without purchasing a charm for my bracelet because I decided I would go to another location and get better service. The associate that helped me was the assistant manager. Not sure how she is qualified for that position. I’ve never had this experience at Pandora before and have always had associates willing to help and make suggestions.

THIS IS THE THRID GIFT I HAVE BROUGHT IN THE PAST YEAR FROM THIS SAME STORETHIS SALES ASSOCIATE WASNT FRIENDLY WASNT VERY HELPFUL I ASK FOR A GIFT BAD SHE DIDNT PROVIDE I ASK HER TO CASH ME OUT OF ONE ORDER SO I COULD PLACE ANOTHER ORDER SHE PUT EVERYTHING ON ONE ORDER TELLING ME WHAT SHE COULD DO NOT WHAT I AS PAYING CUSTOMER WANTED. SHEW WAS CELEBRATING HER BIRTHDAYNOT VERY INTERESTED IN BEING IN THE STORE I EILL CONTINUE TO SHOP AT PANDORA JUST NOT THE SPRINGFIELD STORE ALL THE OTHE SALES ASSOCIATES THAT HELPED ME IN THE PAST WHERE GREAT. THIS ONE SUCKED.

The associate had a "I don't care" attitude. I have visit your stores multiple times and had great experience. This time was the worst. Associate didn't present full lineup. I was purchasing a bracelet and I need her to compare size from my wife's braclete and she missed handled it. Terrible attitude. Was more interested on how I was gunna pay than providing great service. I will return but I will never deal with her again.

La atencion al cliente fue pesima. La persona no sabe de customer service, amo sus productos pero parece que como clientes no somos importantes. A la proxima prefiero no tener contacto con ninguna vendedora y quizas no vuelva.

My experience at this Pandora was not good at all. When I first walked in this store and asked for my bracelet to be clean the sale associate is going to say when do not clean on the weekends without any explanation. Furthermore, when I asked for explanation she got very hostile with me but I am the customer spending my money . I did not like my experience here at all because I drove 40 miles to get this charm only that was at this store . I bought the charm but my experience wasn’t good

I already have 3 charms put under my name. I was just hoping to come in, pay and leave. However, when i got to the store there was already a line because of the buy 2 get 1 free promotion. For other pandora store, the SA would come out and ask if anyone doing a pick up and they would take care of that first because it will take less than 5 minutes for those transactions. However, at this store nobody asked. I waited for an hour just to come in and pay and it took me 5 minutes. There were 2 people in front of me and they were shopping around and taking their time. What could have been better if the SA took care of those that just do Pick up first because those transactions would not take long.
