The sales associate I worked for was very rude and I felt rushed. I love pandora but Jennifer really made me feel uncomfortable. I wish I worked with Tania or anyone else but Jennifer. I have been to that store multiple times and have never met Jennifer so maybe she is new but she definitely needs more training on customer service.

The salesperson did not include an item I purchased to the bag. I had to go back and get the individual to correct the problem. She did, however she replaced the item with the wrong item. I had to go back to the store again to return snd the service was terrible. I’m a first time BUYING customer and will take my money elsewhere.

The associate, Tania , was rude saying everything i put together that I wanted on MY bracelet was gonna look ugly , i don’t understand why she would say that when its not her bracelet or anything , i read her name tag and it says shes a Sales Lead and im like why would you hire a Sales Lead like her , she was being rude to me as a customer and she looked annoyed about the fact that she had to help me out , i would always go to the Pandora in Potomac Mills Mall in Virginia, first time going to the Springfield Town Center in Virginia Pandora , never again am I going to that one because if i do i will just get judged and they will have a rude attitude and look tired of me trying to decide what I want on my bracelet.

The sales associates wasnt friendly at all, I felt like she was just there to get my money and the ussh me out of the store, at one point in the sale transactions she whispered something to the other sale associate and the both looked at me, that was highly rude, and especially coming from an assistant manager

The girl that helped me didn’t even put my ring in a box and bag to go. She just told me to walk out with it on after I paid. I wish she would’ve showed me other rings similar to what I wanted but they didn’t have in the store. When I walked in, absolutely no one greeted me. I thought it was going to be a fun experience, as it was my first time, but it really wasn’t. I’ll probably just purchase online next time

The associates were very rude and kept whispering things to each other’s. Very unprofessional from them. Also, the associate seemed like she was getting annoyed because we were trying on different charms. I spent about $200 only because I really liked the charms

The sales lady was to busy talking to her associate then help me . She would place a try out for me to look at then walk away . I felt like I was being rushed to pick out stuff so she could go back to her conversations. I love this location because they sale lady’s are always nice and helpful but this time there were not .

I am not one to write reviews but I felt like it was necessary today. The sales associate fabrizzio was rude and made me feel like I was not worthy of being in the store even tho I have been shopping at pandora for years. I went in for one specific charm on November 20, 2022 at this location ( Springfield VA mall) and once I told him that what I wanted he told his other associate in front of me I don’t want that sale going towards me because it’s not worth anything. I felt so unappreciated and uncomfortable in-front of my family and everyone else that was there! It doesn’t matter how big the sale is you always have to make your customers feel welcomed and happy. He needs to be retrained because that was not professional at all!

The price was $50 but how ever I was charged $55. Manager came over and instead of matching or fixing it, her question was is that what you want to pay. Not even a thank you when I walk out

Nobody greeted me when I walked into the store. The associate I spoke with, wasn't very welcoming and didn't make me feel like I was wanted in the store. While when another customer walked in, she was greeted with almost very open arms. The workers all acted like they didn't want to be there, but the one that was helping me, even with how much money I spent in the store yesterday, I still feel like I wasted my time and money and left unhappy and upset.
