Your return an items get the same one back when I want another one . Jennifer at Springfield mall ,Va is rule and have 0 Custumer services .

The sales associate failed to tell me the truth about returns. She tried to sale me something I didn’t want because she couldn’t find what I wanted. Finally she asked another associate who help. They weren’t able to clean a bracelet I brought in or complete an exchange I wanted. I left spending way less than I planned and I was so upset I forgot to use my military discount.

Poor information after selecting my items , the items where in sale and they are running a 50% of also , they charge more then what the price was . No explanation was giving prior in the time of selection , there respond didn’t make any sense and the description of the items didn’t match with the final price pay. I purchase the same gift a month ago with no sales , ended up paying the same price . Very incompetent . Not the first time having problems with this store in the past very rude , poor costumer service . Always in a rush and get bother to explain and show products .

The sales person make my 15 years old daughter felling bad and also say my fingers are misshapen fingers pushing us also to get what she one not what we one . My daughter live the store crying .

The associate was SUPER UNFRIENDLY and i have never seen such grumpy salesperson. She wasn’t trying to help at all.

During my visit to Pandora to purchase my mother some things for the holiday... I was treated like I needed to hurry up I was rushed and small talked to I am a African American female and the Caucasian customers waiting outside were basically getting impatient so I was rushed and barely helped I left with basic items because I was barely showed anything good after I said I wasn’t looking for anything in particular

It was false advertisement about the 50% off on all items but at the store there was nothing with 50% off. I talked to the manager that if you don’t have anything for 50% off then to remove the advertisements from the doors of the store. Store location Springfield town center Virginia
