Janice was very knowledgeable and helpful. We waited in line and it was actually after closing time when we were able to enter the store but she was very friendly and helpful despite the fact that it was time for her to go home for the evening.

Sales person helped me pick out what I wanted. She gave advice on different charms to purchase. She was very patient while I selected my purchase.
