We were in and out relatively quickly. Also, before we walked in, our associate wiped down the areas we would be in. We showed her exactly what I wanted and she searched the store for my size ring which was on display. Then proceeded to clean it for us!

Madison, my associate was amazing!! She walked me through everything. Answered all of my questions. I have really small wrists, so we picked the right bracelet that suited me best. she was very patient with me as I look through all the charms to build my perfect bracelet. she made recommendations that were spot on to my personality, because she made an attempt to get to know me and what I was looking for. She made the process of very memorable one and made this as flawless as possible. she even assisted in ordering a charm that was not in stock. It was my son's birthstone charm. I was extremely pleased with the service that she gave me and my husband.
