Mr. Richard was very patience and polite. We were looking to get a charm bracelet for my mother and wasn’t sure what we wanted. But he was very helpful, gave great advice, even when we started over because we was unsure, he was still very nice and helpful! We will be adding more to her bracelet very soon and I hope he is there so we can work with him again! 10 stars, 10 thumbs up, 100% happy and satisfied!!!!!

I was greeted alone I walked in the store. The attendant was all about my needs and she was cheerful during this pandemic.
