I called the store in Lafayette la because the charms I wanted was no longer available online. My favorite girl Alyssa M store number 189422 was helpful as always💝 she put a few charms that she knew I would love aside for the following day. Alyssa is very helpful, friendly such a doll. Janice worked diligently with me to insure that my bracelet was gorgeous. I have a lot of charms, so she has to take her time to impress me. Thank you Janice!!!

The manager (Janice) is always amazing with helping me select charms and arrange them on my bracelet. The sales associate (Shannon) is very easy going and patient. She also helps me a great deal with rearrangement of my bracelets. I am NOT an easy customer but they never make me feel as if I’m bothering them or taking too much time. I stop in often just to look and they treat me like a friend. Great job Pandora!!!

Between the friendly staff and the prices I was very happy because I was always under the impression everything was so overpriced. But because of Mrs. Alyssa I found something for myself and will be back tomorrow for something for my grandbaby.
