I walked in the store and a sales associate saw me looking around and immediately approached me for assistance. I asked her for a specific item and she gladly was able to help me find what I was looking for.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in! The lady Gisela J was very helpful & patient! Very positive attitude helped me pick out my first charm!

Store was very clean & very nice workers. The worker named Ruby attended me very quickly & very kind. She helped me choose the best options for a gift.

I liked a lot the attention and recommendation of the store attendant (Luisa), she was very nice. I also like the fact that Pandora has very affordable charms and yet they are pretty. Love the fact that you can clean the jewelry in store for free.

The waiting time for someone’s to assist me was not that long, and an employee made sure to let me know that they’ll be right with me.
