Very courteous and professional sales associate. She was the only one that came and asked how she could help us. The other two associates were just standing there and did not bother to help us.

Working previously in retail, I know it can be hectic. One thing I noticed is that Roberto, my sales associate, had a positive attitude as soon as I walked in the store. He was extremely friendly and helpful! The best customer service I’ve received lately! Thank you!

I was very happy about the friendliness of all staff. Everyone was very respectful and nice. It was a great experience since now a days some staff members look at you ugly if you don’t buy something. Pandora staff at this location were just awesome!
