The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. I never feel that they speak following a script as in other places. Yesterday 6/12/20, Andrea was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made me feel very confident and helped me choose my mother’s gift. Thank you to the staff especially Andrea.

I absolutely loved this Pandora store inside the Sunrise Mall. I'm from Edinburg, Tx and I drove all the way to Brownsville, Tx for this location and I would absolutely do it again. They had all the merchandise I needed available, the staff was so very helpful and extremely friendly.

The customer service was excellent. The sales associate was knowledgeable in the product and gave advice on the product. She also gave us suggestions on charms that we wanted but wasn’t what we liked when shown the charm.
