I love pandora completely, but I don't like the service there, especially with the workers in the city where I live, I've come to enter and they are not to serve me, they give little attention to the customer and you don't see motivation, (on some occasions) because in others the employees are super friendly, but from then on I love pandora, the quality and what there is!

Some associates would see me and my boyfriend and would attend us until the assistant manger did. But other than that it was fine. I would just want them to be a bit nicer in tone wise.

The only exception is that the charms that a wanted aren’t available and the promotion that I was looking for it wasn’t available at that time I think the company could give more products for the ability

Used Pandora credit card to make purchases. Will probably take more than 90 days to pay off credit card. More likely to visit once credit card is payed off.

There were 4 associates in the store. One other customer being helped. The other 3 associates never attempted to assist until we were about to leave.

Sales person informed me of a current promotion available and I was able to purchase more charms and bracelet for a great price. Thanks Pandora and Danielle the sales person who help me!

I was very satisfied with pandora store. It was very clean and the sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I believe that every store should have very nice friendly and helpful staff. The young gentleman that helped me took the time to listen to what I had to say.
