Two associates were at the entrance having a conversation and upon entering I was not acknowledged nor was I asked if I needed assistance. Walked all around the store and stood waiting in one area while several associates were behind the registers, still no one offered any type of assistance or acknowledgement until the young lady that was helping another client finished and assisted me with my purchase. She was very sweet & made the visit pleasant after being ignored for some time.

I was not highly satisfied with the store only because I work all week long and get out at 6:00pm and your store closes at 7pm so was not able to enjoy my visit although the sales associate was exceptional I felt horrible holding everyone back because I was still trying to decide.

Went to the store to buy several charms and never saw a sale sign promoting the 35%off on Friday's during my purchases. The sales associate failed to mention this sale to me which I would have spent even more money that Friday. My wife needed up finding through social media about this sale on Thursday. Not sure if she was new but I'm very disappointed that the sales associate failed to mention this sale.

The pricing would be the only thing not rated highly. I understand businesses has to make profits. I would return though just not as frequently.

The sales associate did not want to clean my bracelet. All the times that I try to clean my bracelet they tell me that they can't do it, even when I have my receipt. They always have excuses
