I purchased a bracelet that was defective and the associate was very helpful in replacing it with a new one.

Merchandise was not fully stocked so options were limited. I was told it had to be an even exchange and could not be refunded any money if of lesser value. However, sales associate was very pleasant and made up for lack of merchandise.

It’s difficult to move through the store because it’s always packed, also because the guy who was receiving the customers, had not an aprópiate hygiene.

It was a very long line and not enough personal to attending customers, besides that it was a great customer service, it just took me a bit to purchase

Employees were huddled and talking, took a few attempts to get service and when I completed my purchase and had a question took several attempts to get their attention again. When asking about a product the sales person stated they didn’t know and while I could have asked to show me similar items at that point I figured I’d rather not waste further time. Salespeople weren’t rude, just a bit distracted it seems.

We were standing there for probably 15 or 20 minutes without getting any help from the associates. Then another group of people showed up and they got help almost immediately now i don’t know if it was because they were dressed better than us or they thought we weren’t really going to buy anything either wat it was very rude and after staring at the associates we finally got some help and it wasn’t friendly it felt more like she was forced. This was the first time that this ever happened to us in this pandora store but it left an impression on us that will make us more than likely not visit this location anytime soon
