The floor manager,Maricela Villafranca, was Not at all helpful in fact she was dismissive and very rude. Because of her dismissive and rude behavior I ended up returning my merchandise when my intention was to exchange for something of greater value. Neither my family nor I will be returning to this particular Pandora store(218326).

The male sales associate was so monotone. I was excited and eagerly looking for gifts and he would simply answer me with one worded responses. I could barely even hear him.

Store service is great but they never have any of the free items that we as customers are given for being a loyal customer.

I had to wait in line outside the store when there were only 4 customers inside. Pandora takes away from the shopping experience.

The sales associates seemed bothered as I was taking my time looking for a piece of jewerly, as if I was making her lose her time. That’s something that wants you to go, meanwhile she was very helpful to other clients

I had to wait over 20 minutes for people to help me. But they were not even busy they were cleaning jewelry that displays. Nobody welcomed us. Nobody offered to help us. The girls that were cleaning they were just chatting and laughing I left to go to another place to look for more Pandora but unfortunately none was available in my area very very unsatisfied customer

I bought something online when I got to the store they told me it was not available so I had to stand in line to choose something else the girl canceled my whole order then when I was choosing something the exact same thing I had bought online was on display and I ended up buying the same thing it was a waste of my time

I ordered a limited edition item online. The item never arrived. I had to get a refund and repurchase. Ofcourse the item was no longer available online nor the store. Customer service gave me a 15% discount due to inconvenience. I go to the store and spend twice as much money to get something similar. I show the discount code and they said they can not take it in store. I asked if i could purchase online and pick up at store (which i was already there). The answer was, the system doesnt show us right away, it takes hours sonetimes days for us to receive the order so you will not be walking out with it right now. I purchased the item at full price, spend twice as much, and still was not what I really wanted. It was for a gift and I didnt have any more time to wait since i had already ordered ahead of time. Oh and no gift packaging was available in store like it was online. Pandora is one store. The services should remain the same online as in store. And the fact that it wasnt my fault in the first place, just makes me think Pandora doesnt not care about their customers. This was my first purchase with Pandora and will be the last.

The sales associate was nice however it all got killed by lady standing at the registers which seems to be bother by customers This store always have this problem with majority of the associates not being nice or they seem to bother by customers they do not treat customers all the same if you don't look a certain way (with money) they won't help you unfortunately this is the only Pandora with have in town the next one 40 minutes drive
